Learn proper pie crusts and fillings that your grandmother never taught you. The flakiest crusts and decadent fillings. Learn the correct techniques to roll out a pie crust quickly and effortlessly. The proper tools are what can make or break your pie-making experience. George will walk you through all aspects of the pie-making process. From the correct pie pan to the use of fats in the crusts.
