Joanne Bogus

Joanne Bogus is the owner of Cooks & Bakers Kitchen. She is a 30-year veteran and thought leader in the hospitality industry. Joanne has held management positions in food and beverage, catering, marketing, and sales with prestigious organizations such as Ritz-Carlton, John F. Kennedy Center forPerforming Arts, Hard Rock Café, and Walt Disney World. In addition, during her years in hotel, restaurant, and event management, she developed restaurant start-up plans from concept to opening. Joanne started her own company, JMB Meetings and Events, managing corporate and special events for private clients. Ms. Bogus is a hospitality, tourism, and event management adjunct professor who is committed to the education and development of future leaders in the hospitality industry.

Throughout her career, Joanne’s passion has been cooking, baking and entertaining for various clients, family, and friends. Her love of cooking and baking began in the kitchen with her mother, and she has continued making Mom’s favorite recipes for family and friends. Her extensive travel throughout the US and abroad has introduced her to many types of cuisine, resulting in an expanded passion for cooking. It goes without saying, Joanne’s background in hospitality and event planning has spilled over to entertaining her family and friends at home. The creation of Cooks & Bakers Kitchen allows Joanne to share her passion with you and help develop your “Culinary Creativity at Home”.

Ann Sittig

Ann’s career has been rooted in education where she taught a variety of English and speech classes to high school students. Most of those years were spent with the Brandon Valley School District. Two of her favorite hobbies are cooking and design. She delights in entertaining family and friends by cooking new recipes, using the best cookware, bakeware, and gadgets to get the job done. Let Ann teach you the ABCs of cooking and designing your entertaining space at home.

Mark Anderson

Mark, a former restaurateur, has traveled extensively exploring food from places in the US and internationally. He is dedicated to teaching you easy and delicious recipes, providing cooking tips, exploring the latest cookware and gadgets, and showing you how to extend your grocery dollars each week.
