Learn proper pie crusts and fillings that your grandmother never taught you. The flakiest crusts and decadent fillings. Learn the correct techniques to roll out a pie crust quickly and effortlessly. The proper tools are what can make or break your pie-making experience. George will walk you through all aspects of the pie-making process. From the correct pie pan to the use of fats in the crusts.

George Geary has been teaching culinary classes for over 45 years in all 50 states of the country. George is the author of 16 award-winning books and teaches food on WGN-TV Chicago, NBC Tampa, and his home station, FOX-6 San Diego. George was the recipient of the International Association of Culinary Professionals’ Culinary Educator of the Year award.

With our limited seating and upfront costs of food and preparation, cancellations must be received by October 1st, 12:00 pm for refund. After that time no refund is available.
